‘Naoto Fukasawa: Things in Themselves’ is the first major exhibition dedicated by a US museum to the well-known Japanese “product designer”. A selection of products, sketches and working projects highlighting his functional approach to design, which emphasises ease of use and aesthetic simplicity.

Among the objects on display is the Bent Glass Bench in extra-clear, curved, transparent glass, designed by Fukasawa for the Glas italia seating collection.
